a. Personal Information:  Some areas of our Site request Your personal information. We may collect information such as Your name, mailing address, e-mail address, demographic and profile data (e.g., age, gender and income level). TYRELL DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, TIMELINESS OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY INFORMATION ON THIS SITE OR THE RESULTS OF YOUR USE OF THIS SITE.

6. Limitation on Liability

SUCH LIMITATION SHALL ONLY APPLY TO THE EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

7. Integration and Severability

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You and Tyrell with respect to the subject matter hereof and supercedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements (whether oral, written or electronic) between you and Tyrell relating to the subject matter hereof. If any of the provisions of this Agreement are determined to be invalid or unenforceable, then each invalid or enforceable provision will be construed in a manner consistent with applicable laws to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

8. Applicable Law

This Site is controlled by Tyrell from its offices within the State of Texas, U.S.A. The laws applicable to the interpretation of this Agreement shall be the laws of the State of Texas, U.S.A., and applicable federal law, without regard to any conflicts of law provisions. Those who choose to access this Site from outside the United States do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable laws. You agree to the submission of any dispute to the state and federal courts having within their jurisdiction Harris County, Texas, U.S.A.

9. Return of goods

We operate a "no-quibbles" guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 30 days from date of invoice. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

To return an item, please use our returns form. Please pack the item securely, enclosing the completed form and attaching the address label supplied on the returns form.

For your own protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

10. Right to Cancel

In addition, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within seven working days following the day on which you receive the goods. We regret that this does not apply where sealed audio and video recordings or software products have been unsealed.
Please ensure that the goods are returned in their original condition.

You should notify us by using our standard returns form. Post this form with the securely packaged goods back to the Returns Department straight away using a recorded delivery service.

We will reimburse you in full on receipt of the returned goods in our warehouse. You will, however, be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us (unless these goods are faulty or have been delivered by us in error).
